Race Rules:
1. Open only to female participants 13 y/o & above
2. Body marking on both upper arms & both legs.
3. Shoes must be worn on the run
4. Roads will be closed to vehicular traffic.
5. NO Entry Fee

Swim: RMSC Pool Run: Along the RMSC Road Network
Race Categories:
Swim-Run: Top 3 of each Age group- 13~20 yrs, 21~30, 31~39, 40 & above
Run-Swim-Run: Top 3 of each Age group- 16~20 yrs, 21~30, 31~39, 40 & above
